Refund policy

Returns and replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis, but only for significant defects or damage that occurred during shipping, provided the package was promptly retrieved by the customer and the damage was documented in a timely manner. This policy does not cover cosmetic issues such as minor leaf damage or discoloration that do not impact the plant's health.
